Customer Toilets
Our male, female and disabled public toilets are located next to the Car Park, accessible via the lifts and stairs just off the Bradford Mall. You will also find the Parent and Baby Change Room on level one (strawberry level) of the Car Park. We’re rather proud that our toilets won a Gold Award at the 2019 “Loo of the Year” awards so we hope you’ll find them spick and span!
Centre Management and Security
Our friendly Centre Management team is responsible for the security, maintenance and cleanliness of the Saddlers Shopping Centre. Members of the team can be found at their base in the Centre Management Office, located on level one of the Car Park.
First Aid
All security staff are first aid and defibrillator trained.

There is a cash point located on Park Mall.
Lost Property
Our Security and Customer Service teams are responsible for any lost property found in Saddlers Shopping Centre. If you have lost or found an item please see a member of the team. Alternatively, please call them on 01922 748194.
Amazon Lockers
Our Amazon lockers are located on Bradford Mall in the main square.
WIFI
Free O2 WIFI is available throughout the centre.
Event Space
Our events take place within the main square off Bradford Mall.
