I Love Heart Awareness Day – Thursday 23rd February

As part of Heart Health awareness month which takes place every February, Walsall residents are invited to our free one-day Heart Health Awareness event at the Saddlers Shopping Centre on Thursday 23 February from 11am to 4pm. The Saddlers Centre has joined forces with professionals from Walsall Council to help residents and visitors start the year well!

Discover more about your heart health and take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. We will be offering a variety of free activities throughout the day, including free health assessments, children’s activities, free giveaways and sports taster sessions.*

Not only this, but the event provides a great opportunity to talk with a variety of local organisations about how you can improve your health and wellbeing as a whole.

The Saddlers Centre will be giving away Happy Healthy Heart Hampers to the first 23 visitors to engage with a health assessment or take up the challenge of a new sport.

All activities are free of charge and there’s even something for the Kids to do!  Don’t forget to pop in to the Ping Pong Parlour as well and enjoy a free game of table tennis!  No need to book.

Give away terms and conditions:

• Healthy Heart Hampers consisting of fresh fruit and vegetables will be given to the first 23 visitors engaging with the services and taking part in a health assessment
• No alternative is offered
• Staff will determine who receives the hampers
• The giveaway is for one day only at the event
